이것이 참치뱃살(도로) 입니다.
군침이 도네요..
생참치인지 해동시킨건지는 확인이 안됩니다.
왼쪽 끝부분이 배꼽이라고 부르는 부분이고 왼쪽 위 공간이 참치 내장이 있던 부분입니다.
빛깔이 예술이네요..
보통 참치집에서 위에 있는 블럭을 요렇게 잘라 회를 썰어 제공합니다.
왼쪽에 보이는 것이 대략 도매가로 30만원선 정도 된다 합니다.
성인 3-4명이 충분히 먹을수 있는 양이죠..
이 블럭을 가로로 써냐 세로로 써냐에 따라 회 모양이 틀려집니다.
배꼽살 쪽은 보통 가로로 많이들 드셔보셨을 겁니다.
