에스프레소 마니아들 께서 한알씩 넣어 먹는다는 100% 순수사탕수수로 만들었다는 라 빼르슈(일명 앵무새설탕) 입니다.

커피에 있어 설탕이 차지하는 비중은 정말 무시할 수 없습니다.
에스프레소 원조인 이탈리아에서도 설탕을 많이 먹는다고 하니까요..
특이하게도 우리나라에선 설탕을 넣어 먹으면 촌스러운(?) 사람같이 보이는 이유는 뭘까요?
